Offering an entirely bespoke service, Gordon and his team work hand in hand with Absolute Taste to ensure that the menu they deliver is the quality of that produced in our kitchens and that every client’s expectations are met and surpassed.

Formed in 1997 by Ron Dennis and Lyndy Redding, Absolute Taste is an international success. An innovative and diverse company Absolute Taste continues to look beyond its core event business. They provide a hospitality service to the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 racing team around the world during the Formula 1 season, and in 2003 formed Absolute taste in-flight providing in-flight catering for corporate, business and executive aircrafts. They also have four Absolute Taste cafés within their portfolio: The Design Café and the Dome Café by Absolute Taste in the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, The Apron Café by Absolute Taste at TAG Farnborough Airport and detoxretox by Absolute Taste in London’s Harvey Nichols.
