Gordon recently hosted an exclusive event at his two St Regis restaurants in Doha
He was in Doha at the St Regis Hotel to meet guests and prepare special menus with his team of chefs led by Head Chef Gilles Bosquet for three exclusive sittings. Guests were treated to one sitting of a five-course dinner at Gordon Ramsay Doha and two sittings of a three-course dinner at Opal by Gordon Ramsay Doha.
Lobster and pear salad, sea bass and roasted lamb loin and a berry meringue and sorbet were some of the stand-out dishes from Gordon Ramsay Doha which takes its inspiration from the three-Michelin starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London.
Whilst in the more relaxed bistro-style setting of Opal by Gordon Ramsay Doha, guests enjoyed seafood starters; braised duck leg with crushed potatoes, orange, and cardamom sauce for the main course, and cherry bakewell tart for dessert.
