Gordon's flagship venue and London's longest running three Michelin star restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, is undergoing a refurbishment. The intimate space in Chelsea will reopen in March with a newly enhanced modern look and feel, adding to the restaurant’s long-standing hallmark of excellence.
Head Chef Clare Smyth, who has worked with Gordon for over nine years, has been announced as a partner and will continue to build on the Ramsay reputation with her creative skills and dynamic restaurant expertise. The refurbishment and Clare as Chef Patron marks the next chapter in the Gordon Ramsay story. The menu reflects the evolution of London’s iconic restaurant with Gordon's signature dishes standing side by side dishes of Clare’s own creation. Guests can sample the seasonally inspired options, which have been updated with a more theatrical edge. The addition of a chef’s experience table will add a new dimension to the restaurant.
Gordon Ramsay commented: "I'm incredibly proud of Clare and what she has achieved. She is an amazingly talented chef and the time is right for her to build on this. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay will always be very special to me and Clare becoming Chef Patron is testament to my partnership with, and trust in, her.”
