- Tuesday 26 November - Dalmore
The Dalmore is a distillery in Alness, Scotland, located about 20 mi (32 km) north of Inverness. The waters of the River Alness (River Averon), which runs through the village, are used to produce its whiskies. The distillery is best known for producing a single malt scotch whisky of the same name. Its location and flavour qualify it as a "Highland malt". The Dalmore distillery is owned and operated by Whyte and Mackay. All whiskies are matured in a wooden casks (both sherry wood and American white oak) which, along with the years and the climate, contributes to the flavour of each malt.
- Tuesday 3 December - Monkey Shoulder
The term 'monkey shoulder' harks back to our whisky making heritage. It’s a reference to a condition that maltmen sometimes picked up while working long shifts, turning the barley by hand. It had a tendency to cause their arm to hang down a bit like a monkey’s, so they nicknamed it 'monkey shoulder'. It’s a blend of 3 speyside malts. So triple malt can be used. Smooth and rich, 100% malt Scotch whisky, distilled, matured and bottled in Dufftown, Scotland.
- Tuesday 10 December - Q Vodka
Premium vodka, made from the finest organic wheat and purest English water (filtered through ancient pebble beds)
- Tuesday 17 December - Buffalo Trace
Bourbon from one of the oldest running distilleries in the US. It’s to be more precise “Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey”. Distilled, aged and bottled at the most award-winning distillery in the world. Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt, this whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate.
