Andy Patton
A native of Northeastern Ohio, Andy grew up knowing he wanted to pursue a career
that would let him see the world. He applied and was accepted to Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in
nearby Pittsburgh.
After completing his studies in hospitality management, he began his travels, gaining
valuable knowledge and experience in New York, South Carolina and aboard a cruise ship sailing
throughout the Pacific and Caribbean. Eventually, Andy settled down in sunny South Florida, where
he spent two years working at the Breakers Resort before joining the opening staff of Café Boulud.
