Christopher Eagle
Christopher Eagle started his culinary career in Charleston, South Carolina in the Advanced Standing program at Johnson and Wales completing the rigorous two-year program in just 15 months.
After graduation, he was named Sous Chef at the famed brasserie Le Coze in Atlanta, Georgia. He then became Sous Chef under Troy Thompson at the renowned Fusebox restaurant, which won the 2000 Food Arts Award for the "Best New Restaurant" in the Southeast.
After Atlanta, Christopher moved west and became the Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton Club in Aspen, Colorado. Following Aspen, he came to Los Angeles to be the Executive Chef at JAAN, the AAA four-diamond restaurant in Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.
