The Chef's Table is perfect for up to six guests for an intimate insight into the workings of a world-class kitchen. Enjoy a menu created on the day by Head Chef Luke Rayment, paired with wines chosen by our sommelier.
Your classic Chef’s Table experience will begin with Champagne and canapés upon arrival where you will be introduced to the Chef and his team.
Guests will be given a kitchen tour and be served a bespoke menu using the finest market produce and a fantastic variety of flavours and the sommelier will be on hand to choose wines that perfectly complement the food. Take it in turns to act as Chef and step into the kitchen. You and your party will be given the chance to help plate up, assist in running the pass and call service.
