- Our menus for the Chef's Table are created individually for each event, dependant on the freshest market produce and the preferences of your guests. We are delighted to offer alternatives for guests with special dietary requirements.

- Watercress velouté with asparagus and lemon chantilly
- Blue fin tuna two ways, carpaccio with pickled white radish, seared and marinated with black sesame seeds, soy dressing
- Pressed foie gras marinated in Beaumes de Venise with pickled mushrooms, salad of leeks and toasted brioche
