The experience
Your classic Chef’s Table experience will begin upon arrival when you enter the restaurant, absorbing the beauty of the iconic art décor surroundings and enjoying Champagne and canapés in the restaurant lounge. You will then be escorted into the kitchen, where you will introduced to the Chef in charge, who will explain the event ahead, ensuring your time is truly memorable. After being introduced to the team looking after you, including a personal waiter and sommelier, you will be lead to the Chef’s Table in the kitchen, overlooking the central pass with an unparalleled view over the kitchen.
Guests will be given a kitchen tour, a great insight into the detail and precision of a working kitchen. The Chef’s will create a bespoke menu using the finest market produce and a fantastic variety of flavours and textures. The sommelier will be on hand to choose wines that appeal to the guests’ preferences and perfectly complement the food.
Guests will take it in turn to act as Chef and step into the kitchen, so don your apron and grab a spoon! You and your party will be given the chance to help plate up, assist in running the pass and call service. Your perfect 15 minutes of fame and a fantastic opportunity for all you Chef wannabe’s to show off, so don’t forget your camera’s to catch these priceless moments! If that wasn't enough, all of your party will be given a personal tour of the wine cellar.
