The experience
You will start off your gastronomic journey with champagne and canapés in the restaurant lounge, where you will greeted by your own personal server and sommelier, who will ensure that your whole experience is truly memorable. You will then be taken to the Chef’s Table, overlooking the kitchen’s central ‘pass’, where you will have an unparalleled view of the action.
There you will be introduced to the Chefs, who with your input will create a bespoke menu using the freshest market produce and catered around your needs, including any special dietary requirements. This unique tasting menu will comprise a wide variety of flavours and textures, using the finest ingredients and expert skills.
Once your menu has been decided then our sommelier will choose wines that appeal to the guests’ preferences and perfectly complement the food.
Your menus from the day will be signed by Gordon and sent via post to provide
you and your guests with a treasured keepsake from your time at the Chef's Table.
