Each guest receives a glass of pink champagne and ladies are presented with a single red rose and chocolates

 

Rock oysters with caviar and cucumber

 

Jerusalem artichoke volute with crayfish tails , lardons and fried bread

 

Confit foie gras and shaved Périgord truffle with charlotte potato, walnuts and frisse salad

 

Ravioli of lobster, shellfish and salmon lemongrass and chervil velouté

 

Loch Duart salmon fillet, braised leeks, brown shrimp and horseradish velouté

Or

Roasted venison loin with braised red cabbage and sour cherry sauce

 

Clementine , rose water mousse ,orange granite

Or

Selection of French and British cheeses

 

Chocolate tart, milk and honey ice cream
