York & Albany and Murano
Angela Hartnett will be unveiling her latest projects this summer, York & Albany, a boutique hotel with a delicatessen overlooking Regents Park and Murano, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Mayfair.

We are seeking skilled talent to build a team for these new ventures, positions include:

Management (Restaurant and Delicatessen), Chefs of all levels, Sommeliers, Chef de Rang, Commis waiting staff, Reception, Porters and Delicatessen Assistants

If you are interested in immediate vacancies, we are looking for the following positions although we are always delighted to receive any applications for entry level positions in the kitchen or front of house.

FRONT OF HOUSE

  • Head Waiter

As a Head Waiter you will be responsible for the supervision of Chef de Rangs and Commis Waiters in Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin Starred restaurants.

  • Chef de Rang

As a Chef de Rang you will work alongside the Management team running a section of the restaurant and be responsible for the supervision of the Commis Waiters.

  • Sommeliers

You must be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills. You will have an extensive knowledge of wines (WSET Level 2 and Michelin star experience preferred but not essential) in order to recommend and up sell to guests.Gordon Ramsay is a WSET accredited training centre.

KITCHEN

  • Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section in the kitchen and be responsible for the supervision of the Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
