current issues of GQ, InStyle and Restaurant magazine. Men’s magazine GQ featured Jason’s Salt and
Pepper Squid recipe, InStyle magazine features
maze Grill on its food pages this month and Restaurant Magazine features a review
maze, The Cookbook and a very positive review of the restaurant on its new opening
pages.

maze Grill opened on Friday, 11th April and sits alongside maze restaurant next door. The 80 cover restaurant and bar is modeled on the more informal style of New York’s grill restaurants offering a wide selection of different breeds and cuts of beef cooked over coal alongside a number of other grilled meat and fish dishes. maze, The Cookbook is published by Quadrille at £25.
