During the year he has enjoyed stages at the Gordon Ramsay signature restaurants in London, Paris and New York after which he went on to spend time at the world famous French Laundry in California where we are delighted to say he has secured a position as Chef de Partie starting in September - ‘Winning the Gordon Ramsay scholarship has been the most thrilling, exciting and rewarding time of my career so far.  This year’s culinary tour working around the world has been a dream come true for me.  I would not have achieved this feat without having the invaluable experience of competing in the competition on three occasions prior to winning. The most valuable lesson of all that I've taken from this experience is with the on-going advice and encouragement from my highly influential mentors and judges. The doors that have now opened for me are surreal. French Laundry here I come!’
