Our Wine Discovery Masterclass is hosted by our Verre by Gordon Ramsay Sommelier Rahul Dua, who is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things wine and is passionate about explaining the techniques of wine making, how to taste, what to look for, and choosing the perfect bottle.

There's swirling, sniffing and of course sipping (to spit or not to spit that is the question!!) involved, as you try to decipher the individual flavours, type of grape and age of the wine, before getting to the detail of food pairing. Rahul's box of tricks is there to help you out whenever you get stuck and adds additional entertainment as you realise how difficult and fun blind tasting and 'nosing' truly is!! You'll experience first hand how food can change the taste and suitability of the wine and just in case you forget, Rahul provides a handy guide which explains all you need to know for the future.
