Foxtrot cheese burger with smoked bacon, brioche bun and hand-cut chips

Spaghetti with globe artichoke purée, baby artichokes, rocket and aged parmesan

Pan-fried smoked pork belly with Morteau sausage, boudin noir, caramelised apple, Sauerkraut and pork jus

Roast of the day, Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables

Cherry and apple crumble with vanilla custard

Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream
