Chris' curiosity for cooking started at a young age. His childhood was spent surrounded by small food producers as a result of his families honey business and holidays working on dairy farms in the surrounding areas of Brisbane. After an initial 3 years training in restaurants and hotels on Hayman Island, Chris worked in various restaurants in his native Australia - including Gianni's in Brisbane, gaining the restaurant 2 Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide.
Chris left Australia in 2005 for Europe, working in Italy and Spain. Chris moved to the UK in 2007 and joined the Gordon Ramsay Group. Having worked as senior sous chef at Claridge’s as well as Head Chef at maze Grill and The Narrow, Chris has now taken up the position of Head Chef at Foxtrot Oscar - where he is currently making his mark on this much loved, neighbourhood bistro in Chelsea.
Adam Foster was born in Lincoln in 1986 and left school initially to train as a Chartered Surveyor. However it was working as a waiter in popular local restaurants to supplement his student allowance that lured him into the Hospitality Industry. In just three years having worked his way through the Front of House junior ranks, he made the decision to leave Surveying for good and joined The Tower Hotel in Lincoln as Assistant Manager.
He spent the following four years gaining full-time experience in all areas of hotel middle management including responsibility for events, recruitment, food and beverage. In 2011 he left Lincoln for Leeds and the position of Bar Manager at the Malmaison Hotel. In just one year he was promoted to Restaurant Manager and soon after, his focus and self-motivation saw him attain Food and Beverage Manager. In March 2013 he moved to London and accepted the position of Assistant Roof Manager and Duty Manager at the private member’s club, Shoreditch House. He joined the Gordon Ramsay Group in January 2014 as Restaurant Manager at Foxtrot Oscar in Chelsea.
