Within the kitchen is The Chef’s Table. For parties of up to eight guests, this exclusive table situated in the heart of the dynamic new kitchen, provides an exciting, interactive experience. There you will be able to witness first-hand the creation of culinary excellence on a grand scale with a menu specially created by the Chef de Cuisine and his team.
For exclusive use of the Chef’s Table, a set charge of $1000 for lunch (5 courses) and $1900 for dinner (8 courses) will include canapés and a glass of Champagne on arrival, lunch or dinner for up to 8 guests. All other wine and beverages will be chargeable in addition. A discretionary service charge of 18% will be added to your bill.
The Chef's Table is available for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
