- Our menus for the Chef's Table are created individually for each event, dependant on the freshest market produce and the preferences of your guests. We are delighted to offer alternatives for guests with special dietary requirements.

- Pressed Hudson Valley foie gras with tapioca and calvados jelly, sweet romanesco, candied ginger and toasted sourdough
