The Wine Bar, a new addition, is sure to delight those looking for a more relaxed bite to eat and a glass of wine. Charcuterie and Cheese Boards complement the full drinks menu as well as selected wine by the glass.

Dubliner Peter spent over 6 years working as Senior Sous Chef in Chapter One Restaurant, one of Ireland’s most decorated Michelin restaurants following stints at the Morrison and Roly at The Pavilion.

Gordon and Peter strongly believe in the use of local produce, seasonal ingredients and building relationships with farmers who are passionate about their craft.
