as Executive Chef from the world famous Savoy Hotel in London where he previously held the
same position. Jerome brings a wealth of luxury, international five star hotel experience to
Gordon Ramsay Holdings having spent seven years with Four Seasons in the kitchens of Paris, Tokyo
and Boston.
French by birth, Jerome’s career started in the kitchens of some of France’s most renowned Michelin starred restaurants culminating in position of Sous Chef at the three star Michelin, Le Cinq in the George V Hotel. His success in this role allowed him the opportunity to move with Four Seasons to the main hotel kitchens, gaining experience in other styles of high quality dining most notably room service and banqueting.
Now at Gordon Ramsay au Trianon, Jerome combines his skills in the running of luxury hotel kitchens with his previous experience within Michelin starred restaurants to ensure that, with Simone Zanoni, they create a truly outstanding guest experience at all times.
