Anna was born in Dublin, Ireland and attributes her earliest inspiration to great home food. She started her career at Michelin starred L’Ecrivain and moved to London in 2005, working in Michelin starred restaurants including Pied à Terre and Phil Howard at The Square. She joined the Gordon Ramsay Group in June 2013 and has worked throughout the group both in London and the United States - before becoming the newly appointed Head Chef for London House.
Born and raised in Yorkshire, Paul has worked in some of the nation’s leading country hotels, including Careys Manor in Hampshire and Five Lakes in Maldon in Essex. Since moving to London in 2002 Paul has headed up Front of House in some of the capital’s more affluent neighbourhoods including The Glasshouse in Kew, Odette’s in Primrose Hill and La Trompette in Chiswick. Paul joins the Gordon Ramsay Group as Restaurant Manager at London House in Battersea.
Paul first started his career in 2006 at an espresso and wine bar in Melbourne. Edinburgh born Paul has never looked back and fast became a real contender within the industry. Back in Edinburgh Paul was head bartender from 2007 for The Borough Hotel until he started running the recently voted 10th best bar in the world, Bramble Bar in 2009. With some really impressive achievements under his belt, Paul hosted the cocktail bar for the royal wedding of Zara Phillips at Holyrood Palace and is a Grand Finalist in many cocktail competitions including 42Below Cocktail World Cup, the Cazadores Hunt UK, the Havana Club International Cocktail competition and won the Enotria Wine Cocktail Competition in 2012. Now Paul is bringing his skills and talent to the bar at London House after having worked within the group previously at Bread Street Kitchen.
Raffaele Conocchia was born in Naples in Southern Italy. By the time he was 19 in 2005, he left Naples for London and worked as a pizza chef in Camden. He then worked as a waiter at the popular Sirena restaurant on James Street. It was here his interest in wine was fired and he enrolled in a course with W.S.A. (Worldwide Sommelier Association). In 2008, while studying further as a Sommelier with the WSET, he joined the Gordon Ramsay Group. His first three months were spent at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as a Commis Sommelier, before transferring to Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s where he spent the following 5 years. He qualified as a Sommelier in 2010 and had attained the position of Assistant Head Sommelier within the Group by 2012. In February 2014 he was appointed Head Sommelier at London House.
