The Chef's Table experience

Upon arrival to your interactive Chef’s Table experience you will be greeted with a glass of Champagne and maze tapas at the bar. You will also be introduced to your very own sommelier and waiter who will be on hand throughout the evening.

Following your drinks, you will be led to the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen, where the magic really begins. The senior chef in charge will then guide you through your menu and the evening ahead.

Throughout the evening you will be invited to don an apron and join the kitchen brigade to dress various dishes from the menu, so make sure you have your cameras at the ready to catch these memorable moments! As well as assisting chefs on the pass you will also be given a full tour of the kitchen. Your sommelier will choose a selection of fine wines to complement the flavours in the dishes, and your knowledge will also be tested with an opportunity to guess the wines. A special Gordon Ramsay prize will be awarded to the person who shines the most in the culinary adventure and shows great promise to work in the food and drink world.

All guests dining at the Chef’s Table will receive a souvenir culinary gift and will be sent a sample of the menu signed by Gordon.
