For a more visual private dining experience, our Chef’s Office in the kitchen can accommodate between 4 and 7 guests. This fantastic concept is a great opportunity to sit at the Chef's Table and have a private experience with the theatrics of the kitchen as an exciting back drop.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a glass of Champagne and enjoy a selection of maze tapas at the bar. Once introduced to the kitchen brigade, a bespoke menu will be created using the freshest market produce. The 6 course tasting menu has been designed for guests with limited time and is estimated to take 2.5 hours.

Spiced butternut squash soup, smoked beef and toasted pumpkin seeds

Seared and marinated yellow fin tuna, compressed apple, coriander, ponzu dressing and horseradish crème fraîche

Halibut, confit fennel, apple, cucumber and mussel beignets

Devon duck breast, Moroccan style cereal, beetroot, orange and sesame crispy duck leg

Banana and salted caramel sundae

Lemon refresher, lemon tart, cherry ripple ice cream

Coffee and petit fours

 

The Chef's office experience is £75 per guest and is available for lunch Monday to Friday.
