- For a more visual private dining experience, our Chef’s Office in the kitchen can accommodate
between 4 and 7 guests. This fantastic concept is a great opportunity to sit at the Chef's Table
and have a private experience with the theatrics of the kitchen as an exciting back drop.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a glass of Champagne and enjoy a selection of maze tapas at the bar. Once introduced to the kitchen brigade, a bespoke menu will be created using the freshest market produce. The 6 course tasting menu has been designed for guests with limited time and is estimated to take 2.5 hours.
- Selection of maze tapas
- Spiced butternut squash soup, smoked beef and toasted pumpkin seeds
- Seared and marinated yellow fin tuna, compressed apple, coriander, ponzu dressing and horseradish crème fraîche
- Halibut, confit fennel, apple, cucumber and mussel beignets
- Devon duck breast, Moroccan style cereal, beetroot, orange and sesame crispy duck leg
- Banana and salted caramel sundae
- Lemon refresher, lemon tart, cherry ripple ice cream
- Coffee and petit fours

The Chef's office experience is £75 per guest and is available for lunch Monday to Friday.
The above are sample menus and from time to time certain dishes or ingredients are restricted due to market availabilities.
