The Chef's Table at maze is nestled in the heart of the kitchen and allows an intimate group of up to 6 guests a firsthand experience of Jason Atherton's cuisine. Dining admist the action of the kitchen, this offers a truly inspirational experience in a relaxed and informal environment.

You will enjoy a menu review with the Chef based on the freshest market produce whilst directly overseeing the creation of individual dishes on the charcoal robata grill, wood oven or on the plancha. Continuing this flexible approach, you will also be given a tour of the kitchen to see the relatively unfamiliar method of line cooking: a process favoured in many top American kitchens. Head sommelier Laure Patry and her team will impress with wines to complement the stunning tasting dishes.
