Our special ‘lunch bites’ menu at maze created especially for guests who have only limited time for lunch. Diners can enjoy maze’s signature tasting sized dishes in a calm but continuous flow enabling guests to finish swiftly.

Sea bass ceviche, nori seaweed, passion fruit vinaigrette

Pressed chicken and foie gras, blood orange, hazelnuts

Hash brown, bacon and egg, wild garlic

Szechuan-spiced pork belly, braised Cox apples, kale, onion confit

Braised feather blade of beef, pomme purée, shimeji mushroom, togarashi spice

For guests interested in sampling different wines to match the dishes on the menu, our sommelier can offer a wine flight, a trio of 125ml glasses per person.
