The maze View Chef’s Dining Experience offers an informal and interactive setting for guests to experience maze dining at its highest level in our exclusive room located between the restaurant and kitchen.

Your experience will begin in maze bar, where you will be greeted with Champagne, accompanied with delicious maze Canapés . Following this, guests will then be lead to maze View and seated around the grand table.

Once settled, diners will be introduced to the chefs and discuss their menu, which shall include the freshest produce, combined with the unique style of maze cooking. Adding to the delight of the event, your very own sommelier shall be available to pair a wine with every dish and educate guests about the wines. Your menus and dishes shall be presented by the chefs, reaffirming the interactive nature of dining in maze View.

For a more formal dining experience, maze View can provide an intimate dining space by closing the doors to the restaurant and kitchen. Guests can enjoy reception drinks in the bar, before moving into maze view to sample the maze tasting menu in the privacy of their own company with a dedicated waiter and discreet service.
