We are delighted to announce the launch of maze Doha, situated on the exclusive Pearl-Qatar development. Modelled on its British namesake, maze Doha serves European cuisine with Asian influences in a relaxed and informal environment.
Breaking with the formal tradition of European cuisine, maze Doha’s menu adopts Asian influences into its dishes. The a la carte menu includes a starter of grilled Gulf mackerel, daikon cress, radishes, tartare of yellow fin tuna, ponzu dressing and avocado. Main courses include shoulder of slow-cooked Rivarina lamb, flavoured with garlic, asfar, zaatar and sauce épicée, and roasted hammour served with a Provençale board and garlic aioli. Guests can choose from a selection of desserts including Valrhona chocolate fondant with salt caramel sauce and peanut butter ice cream and pink peppercorn macaroon with roasted pineapple and white chocolate ice cream.
The Pearl-Qatar’s picturesque marinas, island views and Tuscan, Moroccan, Italian and Andalusian style architecture provide an ideal setting for the restaurant and bar. Guests can either choose to sit in the light and spacious dining room or, when weather permits, the open terrace which has views over both Doha’s West Bay as well as Porto Arabia.

maze Doha welcomes guests for dinner seven days a week and is also available for exclusive events and private functions.
