Mint Julep - An all American classic, combining the freshest mint and Buffalo Trace bourbon in perfect harmony, served over crushed ice to cool and refresh.

Ramos Gin Fizz - Straight from New Orleans, an eye opening mixture of Tanqueray gin, citrus fruit and a splash of orange flower water with a drizzle of cream. Charged with soda.

Side Car - Martell VS, Cointreau and lemon juice combine to bring this classic to life. Finished with a sugar rim and flamed orange zest.

Daiquiri - Altered for Hemingway but kept original for you, Elements 8 rum married with fresh lime and a dash of maraschino juice.

Old Fashioned - Pappy Van Winkle 15yr carefully stirred with sugar and bitters - perfect for sipping.

Port & Blackberry Cobbler - Citrus juice married with blackberries and lengthened with Port, topped with blackberry liqueur.
