Head Chef Matt Pickop's American steakhouse style menu, uses the best British ingredients and offers fantastic rare breed beef. Sirloin, Rib-Eye, Fillet and T-Bone (dry aged up to 31 days) are fired up on the wood charcoal grill at around 600 degrees, delivering perfectly cooked meat, with that moreish crispy seared finish.
Alongside the steaks, guests can order a full selection of fish and poultry from the grill, including a selection of sushi and sashimi from the Maze sushi bar.
