Food and wine discovery

Expand your knowledge with our wine discovery class. Pétrus is proud to host a monthly class for budding food and wine enthusiasts who wish to learn more about grape varieties and how to match wines with different food flavour combinations. After having learnt about the tastes and aromas, guests will sit down and enjoy a perfect match menu. This includes an inspirational 5 course menu with accompanying wines, affirming your new culinary knowledge.

Each class will have a different genre and begin at 10:30am, priced at £100 per guest. This includes the sommelier guidance, a perfect match menu, wine, water, coffee and a souvenir wine description as a permanent memory of your experience.
