Master classes
We are delighted to announce our new Chef’s Table master classes, an experience designed to give guests the chance to cook in a world class kitchen. These intimate classes allow guests to cook a fantastic three course meal with hands-on guidance from Head Chef Sean Burbidge whilst learning a selection of skills and using the finest seasonal ingredients.
Available for lunch Monday to Thursday, each class will start with refreshments before the Head Chef and brigade brief you on the morning ahead. A bespoke menu based on the day’s market produce will be devised for the session with wines to complement each course. Under the watchful eye of the Chef and his team, guests will create a number of dishes in the kitchen whilst learning valuable skills to use at home.
Following the class guests are invited to sit down to lunch at the Chef’s Table and taste the fruits of their labour! Throughout the lunch there will be the opportunity to join the kitchen during service and assist the Chefs to make final preparations to their dishes. Pétrus' sommelier will be on hand to match a selection of wines to complement the menu.
The cost for one master class attendee is £185.00 per person with a minimum of 4 budding chef's, perfect for a group of friends or corporate team building. This includes refreshments on arrival, the full morning master class, a three course menu, wines paired to each course, still and sparkling water, coffee and chocolates.
