Naoko Tomita
Naoko Tomita is one of the youngest Head Sommeliers in the group at just 28 years old.
Naoko began her career in 2002 at acclaimed Japanese restaurant Zuma, in Knightsbridge. She stayed at Zuma for one year, gaining skills in service and stock management, before moving to Orrery in Marylebone in 2003. Over the next three years Naoko progressed from Commis Sommelier to Assistant Head Sommelier. Naoko left Orrery in 2006 to take up the position of Assistant Head Sommelier at The Ledbury in Notting Hill.
In 2007, Naoko joined Gordon Ramsay Holdings as Assistant Head Sommelier at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay where she stayed until the re-launch of Pétrus this year.
