The experience

For those budding chefs who desire a more interactive experience, we look forward to welcoming you into the kitchen to assemble and dress some of your own dishes.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome glass of Champagne and canapés. You shall then be introduced to your dedicated waiter, sommelier and brigade of chefs who will oversee your Chef's Table experience.

Your dedicated team will talk through the tasting menu that has been designed just for you. Our sommelier will then consult with you whilst working with our extensive wine list to ensure the perfect wine pairings for your gastronomic journey.

The Chef's Table has direct views over the central pass, allowing guests to enjoy the interactive theatrics and converse with the chefs. It really is the most extraordinary way to truly discover the thrill and emotion of a busy and vibrant kitchen. Upon departure all guests will receive a souvenir menu.
