Perfect for a group of friends or corporate team building, this experience is designed to give guests the chance to cook in a world class kitchen. These intimate classes allow guests to cook a fantastic three course meal with hands-on guidance from Head Chef Sean Burbidge, whilst learning a selection of skills using the finest seasonal ingredients.
A bespoke menu will be devised with wines paired by our sommelier to complement each course. Under the watchful eye of the Chef and his team, guests will create a number of dishes whilst learning valuable skills.
Guests are then invited to the Chef’s Table to taste the fruits of their labour. There is also opportunities to join the kitchen during lunch service and assist the Chefs to make final preparations to their dishes.
Available Monday to Thursday for lunch, £185.00 per person - includes refereshments, full morning masterclass, three course menu, wines paired to each course, coffee and chocolates. For up to a maximum of eight guests and can be booked individually.
