Opal by Gordon Ramsay at The St Regis Doha has a relaxed, social feel and a modern bistro-style space where casual dining guests can enjoy stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.
The restaurant serves Western-inspired classics such as crispy chicken wings and steaks alongside a pizza menu and raw bar, as well as an extensive wine and cocktail menu.
Gilles Bosquet, Chef de Cuisine
Chef Gilles brings international experience, a modern outlook and a passion for food to The St. Regis Doha.
He has worked at a number of Michelin star restaurants in London, France and the UAE before earning his own Michelin star for his cuisine in a restaurant in France. In London, he worked at the Michelin star restaurant, The Connaught, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group, and in France at La Pyramide, a two-star Michelin restaurant in the heart of Lyon.
Gilles has extensive Middle East experience, with stints at The One & Only Dubai and the Address Hotel.
