Leonardo Concezzi
A born and bred Italian, Leonardo Concezzi’s began his culinary career at the humble age of 14, studying at the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero in Spoleto, Perugia, where he gained diplomas in hotel hospitality. He acquired invaluable experience at several hotels around Italy while studying before spreading his wings and taking his talents to a variety of establishments in Italy and further afield.

This began his career working in some of the leading hotels in the world.
After moving to the middle east to work at the Sheraton Doha hotel, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai and the Four Seasons in Damascus, he returned to more familiar territory to become Executive Chef at Fortevillage in Sardinia. Here he oversees 21 gourmet restaurants with a brigade of 100 chefs and 4500 food covers a day. Leonardo runs Gordon Ramsay at Fortevillage Sardinia, which opened in July 2009 and serves exceptional food that celebrates the local flavours and ingredients.
