Jean-Baptiste Requien
Coming from a family restaurant background in Lyon (France), Jean-Baptiste has been Restaurant Manager of Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's in London for the past two years where he has developed his own management style ensuring the harmony of both service and cuisine whilst providing guests with a vibrant atmosphere and memorable dining experience.
Prior to joining Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Jean-Baptiste had completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at the Lausanne Hotel School, one of the world's leading Schools in the hospitality field. From July 2001 to August 2004 he was employed by the Conran Restaurant Group in London, first as the Head Waiter at Coq d'Argent restaurant, next gaining proficiency in financial management of restaurant operations as a Revenue Accountant at the corporate headquarters, and finally serving as a Senior Floor Manager at Le Pont de la Tour restaurant overseeing the day to day operation.
Besides all of his restaurant experience, Jean-Baptiste has played an integral part in Gordon's TV shows, mainly 'Kitchen Nightmares' and 'The F Word' for seasons one and two. More recently he has been involved in the third season of 'The F Word' and US 'Kitchen Nightmares'.
