Matt Robinson
Matt grew up in Sydney, but it was in the UK where his career really took off. In 2002 he moved to London where he worked as Chef De Partie at The Criterion, Piccadilly. He joined Gordon Ramsay Holdings in 2004 as senior Chef de Partie at the Boxwood Café.
In 2006 he began working on the launch of Skylon, one of the year’s
most anticipated restaurant openings. However a change of pace beckoned and Matt moved down to
Devon to open a country pub. After several years he returned to London and to Gordon Ramsay, where
he took on the position of Head Chef at
The Narrow.
