The Chef's Table has direct views over the central pass, allowing guests to enjoy the interactive theatrics and converse with the chefs. It really is the most extraordinary way to truly discover the thrill and emotion of a busy and vibrant kitchen.

Take a ringside seat and watch the brigade create a bespoke menu for you and your guests. Learn to recreate the magic yourself by joining the chefs on the hot plate.

The experience continues with Champagne cocktails and platters of canapés whilst the senior chef runs through a bespoke menu that is devised on the day. A sommelier will also be on hand to help choose wines to complement each dish.

During service, each member of your party will be invited into the kitchen to cook or help prepare a course.
