David Martin

Straight after leaving school David worked for Greenalls/Scottish & Newcastle, where he rapidly moved up the ranks to become Deputy Manager. At the age of 21 he became a General Manager and his attention to detail and personable manner made him popular with guests and staff alike.

David moved to London in 2006 to work at The Windmill Hotel in Clapham, where he successfully oversaw its opening after a complete refurbishment and generated impressive levels of growth. In 2009 he joined Gordon Ramsay as General Manager of The Warrington. He worked on the re-launch of the pub and first floor restaurant and now ensures The Warrington maintains its reputation as an exceptional local pub and restaurant.
