Yellow split pea and bacon soup
Shaved golden beetroot salad, marinated goat’s cheese, aged balsamic
Pressed salt beef with wholegrain mustard, buckwheat toast and watercress

Main Courses
Lamb leg steak, wild garlic mash, baby leaf spinach and rosemary sauce
Fresh water Loch Hourn trout, leek and new potatoes with sorrel
Wild mushroom tart with a parmesan and walnut pastry

Desserts
Bramley apple and vanilla crumble with vanilla ice-cream
Vanilla and almond pannacotta
Hazelnut and brown sugar slice, poached Champagne rhubarb

The Summer menu is served for lunch Thursday to Saturday and for dinner on the following days:
Monday to Thursday 6pm - 10pm
Friday to Saturday 6pm - 7pm
