Join us on Tuesday 17 March for an evening with Fattoria Selvapiana. The Rufina zone is the smallest of all in Chianti but also one of the most special. The cool breeze that blows down the Sieve Valley gives the best wines a finesse and definition that few in Chianti Classico can match. Head Chef, Davide Degiovanni has created a bespoke menu for the wine pairing inpired by the Fattoria Selvapiana.
