Gordon Ramsay’s first restaurant in the heart of Paris Las Vegas.
A contemporary steakhouse, including a large bar area, chef’s table and private dining room in addition to the main room, Gordon Ramsay Steak is a fresh, high-energy dining environment set within the Paris casino; both the design and the menu combine the resort’s Parisian theme with Gordon’s British heritage.
The menu selections range from traditional steakhouse fare with mouth-watering cuts of beef to Ramsay’s signature dishes such as fish and chips and Shepherd’s Pie, as well as French-influenced sides and delicious desserts.
Executive Chef - Kevin Hee
As the executive chef for Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, Kevin Hee is responsible for maximizing kitchen productivity and staff performance, developing and installing menu concepts as well as creating operating efficiencies and quality control.
Hee brings a wealth of fine dining experience to his role at Gordon Ramsay Steak with more than ten years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience in high end restaurants. He began his Las Vegas career as a sous chef for Chef Michael Mina’s restaurant Nobhill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
Throughout the next six years he went on to help open and re-concept several Mina Group properties across the Strip. Since 2009, Hee has acted as the executive chef at Bourbon Steak & Saltwater at MGM Grand Detroit. During his time at the restaurant, it was awarded a Four Star rating by the Forbes Travel Guide as well as a four diamond rating by AAA.
