Poached and grilled corn-fed chicken, pumpkin gnocchi, creamed spinach and garlic, wild mushrooms
Confit of pork belly with black pudding pomme purée, caramelised  grelot onions, shallot rings
Pan-fried sea bream, braised puy lentils, turnip purée, red wine butter sauce

Desserts  
Macadamia praline parfait, chocolate mousse, preserved plums
Baked custard tart with nutmeg 
Warm hazelnut financier, white chocolate ice cream
