Our special ‘lunch bites’ menu at maze created especially for guests who have only limited time for lunch. Diners can enjoy maze’s signature tasting sized dishes in a calm but continuous flow enabling guests to finish swiftly.

Jasmine and miso cured salmon, beetroot, compressed apple, horseradish cream

Pressed chicken and foie gras, pear and saffron chutney, green tea caramel

Spiced butternut squash soup, smoked beef and toasted pumpkin seeds

Roasted poussin breast, confit leg, ratte potato salad, spring onion, pancetta, poussin vinaigrette

Braised pollock, razor clams, chilli, lime, coriander and purple sprouting broccoli

Szechuan-spiced Suffolk pork belly, braised discovery apple, kale and onion confit

Braised featherblade of beef, pomme purée, shimiji mushroom, togarashi spice
