Cooking instructions

  1. Chop Tomatoes, Onion and pepper and add to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and put aside.
  2. Chop spring onions and Red and Green Chili’s before cooking.
  3. Mix eggs and butter in a bowl together, the add to nonstick pan over grill or high heat. Scramble/mix the egg mixture over the heat, throughout the cooking process take the eggs off the heat then back on the heat to make sure they don’t over cook.
  4. After. Continue to mix the egg mixture on the heat and off the heat.
  5. Just as the eggs are finishing add crème fraiche and season with salt. Mix all together and take off the heat.
  6. Plate eggs then add relish on top to garnish
